Rental terms

Read before booking. By sending a request you accept these terms.

Returning the gear

Gear is brought back to the Khayma shop, opposite Canastel hospital in Oran, even if it was delivered to your home.
Return it by the planned date at the latest. Each late day is charged at the daily rate.

Cancellation and refund

An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking: the amount is shown before you send your request.
More than 24 hours before the rental starts: free cancellation, everything you paid is refunded.
Less than 24 hours before the start, or if you do not show up: you owe 50% of the order total. If you have already paid, the other half is refunded.
To cancel, message us on WhatsApp.
If Khayma has to cancel, you are refunded in full.

Responsibility for the gear

You are responsible for the gear from handover until return, and you sign a rental contract at handover.
Stolen, lost or badly damaged gear: you pay its replacement value, stated in the contract.
Repairable damage: you pay the repair cost. Normal wear is not charged.
These amounts are first taken from the deposit, which is returned to you if the gear comes back complete and in good condition.
