Rental termsHow do I book?
Tick the items you want, choose your dates, then send your request. You then confirm it on WhatsApp: the rental is only valid once we confirm it.
How do I pay?
By BaridiMob or CCP transfer, or in cash when you get the gear. An advance may be required to confirm: the amount is shown before you send your request.
What is the deposit for?
The deposit is paid when you get the gear and returned when you bring it back, if everything is complete and in good condition.
Do you deliver?
Yes, in the areas offered when you send your request, with a fee that depends on the area. The gear is returned to the shop, opposite Canastel hospital in Oran.
What if I cancel?
More than 24 hours before the start, cancelling is free. Less than 24 hours before, or if you do not show up, you owe 50% of the order total.
What if the gear is damaged, lost or returned late?
Each late day is charged at the daily rate. A stolen, lost or badly damaged item is charged at its replacement value, stated in the contract. Normal wear is not charged.
